Glass and Mirror Fabrication
| Shapes - Bevelling can be performed on shapes having inside and outside curves as small as a two inch radius with bevel widths up to 1 1/2". All types of edgework can be performed on shapes having inside and outside curves as small as a two inch radius. Shapes available include, but are not limited to, rectangles, squares, triangles, racetrack ovals, elliptical ovals, hexagons, octagons, trapezoids, and kidneys. This applies to overall glass sizes 4" x 6" up to 72" x 88". For custom sizes outside these parameters please call for capabilitites. |
| Corners - Glass or mirror can be fabricated with clipped or radius corners to customers specifications. Curved bevels can be performed on corners with a radius of 1 inch or greater. This applies to overall glass sizes 4" x 6" up to 72" x 88". For custom sizes outside these parameters please call for capabilitites. |
| Finger Pulls - Ground in finger pulls are available at approximately 1/2" wide by specified length for sliding glass doors. |
| Plate Grooves - A groove for use in displaying plates can be ground in shelves according to customer specifications. The standard groove varies from 3/8" to 1/2" wide depending on the depth of the cut. The groove can run the entire length of the glass or start and stop at specified points. |
| Holes - Holes can be drilled in glass or mirror to customer specifications. Standard drill diameter sizes are 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1 3/64", 1 3/16", 1 3/8", 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/8", 3", and 4". Please contact us for availability of other diameters. |
| Tempering - Glass can be supplied tempered as required. For sizes less than 12" x 12" or for unusual shapes or for glass with holes drilled please call for limitations on tempering. |
