Terms of Sale
Terms:
Prices are F.O.B. Phoenix, Arizona. Orders for shipment are subject to freight and crating charges.
Terms are 50% with order 50% on delivery(completion), unless an account has been established.
All orders will be charged sales tax unless a resale certificate is filed with our office.
The customer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of verbal orders.
Valley Bevelling assumes no responsibility for damage after the product has left our facility.
A $20.00 charge will be applied for any returned check and cash payment will be required for future orders.
Sizes:
Specifications are for fabricated glass sizes 4" x 6" to 84" x 100. Please call for items outside these limitations.
Pricing:
We reserve the right to additional cutting charges when complexity warrants.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Quotations:
Prices for single or quantity orders supplied upon request.
Phone quotes for pieces requiring patterns are approximate until receipt of pattern.
Specifications:
All finished orders are inspected to customer specifications. Some factory blemishes are unavoidable. Valley's policy is to deliver the highest in quality and service. If we fall short of these goals, please do not hesitate to call us.
No returns without prior approval from Valley Bevelling.
Valley is not responsible for any damage to materials supplied by customers.
